Motivation & Teams Case Study
January 14, 2011
In reviewing both case studies, I have to declare they have very different thoughts for encouraging their workers. This is a really hard activity because there are a lot of personalities that they need to gear the type of motivation towards the specific location or person they are dealing with.
The first case study I really believe to have used the goal setting tools theory. This is a woman who had been just trying to help her son trommel up organization, then it just blossomed following that. She became very effective and because from the way she wanted her business to operate she would set goal (expectations) for all of her employees to fulfill. She would distribute customer satisfaction cards and any negative remarks that would come back she would make sure you share that with everybody so that everyone could make a change and ensure this kind of not to happen again. Since she cared very much regarding her customers her organization could advance to something enormous.
The second example I believe to obtain been using the work enrichment theory. The new comer to Siemens, Klaus Kleinfeld was regarded as a arrogant pushy employer. This same person made employees work saturdays and sundays, which did not happen in that company. However , this company was in the process of perhaps losing all their medical division, so Klaus would hold off the employees asking questions perhaps even working through the night. Because of his hard work he made a process get from choosing six weeks to a single week to make.
Motivation to get both individuals and clubs is a vital part of an enterprise and is for what reason these two everyone was so good even though they were doing it in completely different techniques they did this the way that was perfect for their firms.
