In modern society, exactly where every hour is run hour, we consume in our cars, at our desks, on the go or ahead of the TV. All of us purchase at a drive-through, take-out, and delivery in order to eat prepared meals. We all do this as it fits in each of our fast culture and fits our life-style; however , a number of problems take place with eating Fast Food. Individuals are getting less healthy, and so they start worrying about this kind of diet; therefore , people start to look closely at another diet concept, which is sometimes called Slow Food. Slow Meals is a particular idea for the certain way of living and consuming. There are three characteristics of Slow Foodstuff, which is great, clean and fair, meaning that it is fresh, in season and local, is processed in a sustainable and healthy approach under great working circumstances, and it offers affordable price. Inside our fast moving world, people are trying to adapt to this type of Slow Food eating style, which is more healthy than Junk food. But you can still find a large number of individuals that do not wish to change all their current diet plan, and they believe Slow Meals has a large amount of disadvantages and would not be suitable for this fast society. Even though some people oppose Slow Foodstuff, I believe that Slow Foodstuff is a better way of living and eating, and there are three evidences to support my own statement. Competitors of Sluggish Food claim that, compared to Take out, Slow Food, with its natural and periodic ingredients, is actually expensive with the grocery stores, so people perhaps have been hit by the recent economic climate and are unable the price; nevertheless , grocery stores are not the only choice to buy normal and periodic organic meals. An independent research of Cambridge Naturals implies that local farmers' markets are less expensive than grocery stores simply by an average of 38% on a list that included blueberries, thread beans, hammer toe, cucumbers, ova, peppers, taters, string espresso beans and tomato vegetables and etc. (Jake, par. 9).
