Sergey Platkovskiy identifies himself as a business owner. He is the standard manager of AIRO Capital Partners. In the interview he states that his best way of functioning is to be using a carefully constructed plan. Sergey states that even in the chaotic organization industry of finance issues can still move according to plan. Yet , as stated in the article, A Test for the Faint-Hearted, " it is vital for business people to recognize that simply living through is more essential than doggedly following their original strategy” (Kuemmerle 2002). While Sergey may value a well thought out program it is important that he's also quick to recognize when he needs to alter course, the mark of a good businessman. Sergey declares that his business thought came merely out of the opportunity he identified. He realized that there is prospect of business cooperation between post-soviet countries and China and he thought he had what took to load the distance. He declares that all of his decisions must be made quickly and that " every entrepreneur wants his deals being sealed the other day, so to some extent every project is rushed” (Platkovskiy 2013). This quote is very standard of an entrepreneurial spirit, outright anger. Sergey's business is operated by a group of like-minded, close friends and in addition they all trust each other to help make the best decisions. The company presently operates which has a low chain of command, which allows a no cost exchange of ideas that provide innovation. Enabling each person in the commercial the freedom and trust for making their own decision will help keep them accountable and bring out their best work.
